How to check the status of your cylinder booking?

There are three ways to do this.

Let us tell you how you can know the firm delivery date of your cylinder through these three methods.

Through online portal or website

Whichever company’s gas cylinder you use, like Bharat Gas, Hindustan Petroleum (HP), or Indian Oil Corporation (Indane Gas), go to the official website of that particular company. Once there, proceed as follows:

Find the option of Track Order or Booking Status on the website and click on it.
Next, enter your registered mobile number, your LPG ID, or your order number.
The website will then show you your scheduled delivery date.
Apart from this, you can also check the status of your cylinder by visiting mylpg.in portal.
On this portal, you have to enter your LPG ID.
After this you will be able to see the date of your booking and information about your next refill.

through phone

You can also check the status of your booking using your mobile phone provided you are calling from your registered mobile number. You have the option to check through SMS or WhatsApp. The contact numbers of each company are given below.

Next, visit the ‘My Bookings’ or ‘Order History’ section of the app to check the status of your booking and delivery. Here you can check your booking status.
