  • 1 cup boiled and mashed spinach
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 2-3 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 small piece ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 teaspoon cornflour
  • oil for frying

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab

To make Hara Bhara Kebab, first add mashed spinach, peas and potatoes in a big bowl. Now add green chilli, ginger, bread crumbs and all the spices and mix well. This mixture will prepare the base of kebab.

Now add cornflour to this mixture and mix well, so that it does not break while making the shape of kebab. If the mixture seems too wet, you can add a little more bread crumbs.

Now take the mixture in your hands and shape it into small tikkis or kebabs. You can make them in round or oval shape. Heat some oil in a pan and cook the kebabs on medium flame until golden and crispy on both sides.
