How to make Mirchi Vada
step 1- To make Rajasthani style Mirchi Vada, first boil the potatoes, peel them and put them in a mixing bowl and mash them well. Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and salt as per taste and mix everything well.
Step 2- Now take chillies and make a slit in the middle of each chilli. Take care not to cut them completely. After this, take out the seeds inside the chilli and separate them. With this, even if there is some spiciness in the chilli, it will also be eliminated.
Step 3- Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. While the oil is heating, fill the prepared potato masala in the empty space inside the chilli.
Step 4- After this, put gram flour in a bowl, add water to it and prepare a thick solution. After this, put the stuffed chilli in gram flour and dip it well. Then add chilli in hot oil. Similarly, wrap all the chillies one by one in gram flour and put them in the pan for deep frying.
Step 5- Fry the chillies until their color turns golden brown. After this, take out the chilli in a plate after turning off the gas. Serve delicious Rajasthani style chilli with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
