- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons jaggery (finely chopped)
- salt as per taste
- black salt as per taste
- juice of 1 lemon
- ice cubes
How to make tasty cumin water?
- First of all, put 2 spoons of cumin in a pan and fry it well on medium flame. When the cumin seeds cool down, grind them coarsely with the help of a mortar or mixer.
- Now pour 3 cups of water in a pan and add coarsely ground cumin seeds in it. Boil it until the water reduces to almost half. On the other hand, finely chop the jaggery and keep it in a vessel.
- When the cumin water is ready, filter it and pour it into the vessel with jaggery and mix well, so that the jaggery dissolves completely. After this add salt and black salt as per taste. Take ready cumin water.

- Put ice cubes in a glass. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and then add prepared cumin water.
