Held at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on June 5, the award’s 21st edition gathered more than 300 industry professionals, including developers, architects, contractors, and representatives from across the construction ecosystem.

The annual awards, formerly known as the BCI Asia Awards, recognize companies that have demonstrated strong performance through project development, architectural design, and construction delivery, while highlighting trends in innovation, sustainability, and urban development.
In the Top 10 Developers category, awards were presented to DOJILAND Real Estate Investment Company Limited, Five Star Group, Frasers Property Vietnam, Gamuda Land Vietnam, Indochina Kajima Development Limited, Masterise Group, Phu My Hung Development Corporation, Sun Property Group, Viglacera Corporation – JSC, and Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.

Now in its 21st year, the Hubexo Asia Awards remain one of the region’s long-running industry recognition programs, highlighting achievements in architecture, real estate development, and construction across Asia.
