Hybrid: Sedan Japanese automobile company Honda is about to launch a new luxury car Honda Prelude to strengthen its hold in the Indian market. According to reports, the company may soon introduce its premium sedan to Indian customers, which is expected to further intensify competition in the luxury segment. Although the company has not yet made an official announcement regarding its launch, but its discussion has intensified in the auto sector.

Engine and Performance
The upcoming Honda Prelude is likely to get a 2.0-litre hybrid engine. This engine can generate power of about 104 kilowatts and torque of 182 Newton meters. Talking about performance, this car can be capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 8.2 seconds, which makes it a powerful and sporty option.

Features and Technology
This car can be quite advanced in terms of features. It is expected to get LED lights, 19-inch alloy wheels, 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and 9-inch infotainment system. Apart from this, features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, Bose audio system, Level-2 ADAS, premium interior with ventilated and sport seats can also be provided.

Launch timeline and price
Although Honda has not yet revealed the launch date, but it is being speculated that it may be introduced in India between May and June. Since this car will be imported, its ex-showroom price can be between Rs 70 to 75 lakh.
