Educational Qualification and Age Limit
To apply for recruitment, a candidate must have passed 12th with minimum 50 percent marks with Mathematics, Physics and English subjects from a recognized board. Apart from this, candidates having engineering diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology or related trade are also eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed two-year vocational course with minimum 50 percent marks can also apply.
Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidate has been fixed at 17.5 years and maximum 21 years. Candidates for recruitment should not be born before 1 July 2005 and after 2 January 2010. The minimum height for both male and female candidates has been fixed at 152 centimeters. However, the provision of relaxation has also been given to the candidates of some special areas and categories as per rules.
