Lucknow, 20 April. The Uttar Pradesh government has made major manipulations in the administrative system. On the instructions of CM Yogi, 40 IAS officers have been transferred late night. Among these, DM of 15 districts and CDO of 5 districts have also been transferred. At the same time, two commissioners including Transport Commissioner, 1 Principal Secretary and 4 Special Secretaries have also been transferred. Unnao District Magistrate Gaurang Rathi has been appointed DM of Jhansi, Special Secretary Energy Inderjit Singh has been appointed DM of Sultanpur, while Sultanpur DM Kumar Harsh has been sent to Bulandshahr.
Special Secretary Appointment and Personnel Annapurna Garg has been made DM of Shravasti. Jhansi Development Authority Vice Chairman Alok Yadav has been appointed DM of Shamli and Shamli DM Arvind Kumar Chauhan has been appointed DM of Saharanpur. Vice Chairman of Hapur Pilkhua Development Authority, Nitin Gaur has been made DM of Amroha. Similarly, Special Secretary Food and Logistics Abhishek Goyal has been made DM of Hamirpur, Director Child Development and Nutrition Sarneet Kaur Broka has been made DM of Rae Bareli and DM of Amroha Nidhi Gupta Vats has been made DM of Fatehpur.
Hamirpur DM Ghanshyam Meena has been appointed as Unnao, Mainpuri DM Anjani Kumar Singh as Lakhimpur Kheri and Auraiya DM Dr. Indramani Tripathi has been appointed as Mainpuri DM. Special Secretary to the Chief Minister, Brijesh Kumar has been made DM of Auraiya. Saharanpur DM Manish Bansal has been sent to Agra, while Agra DM Arvind Mallappa Bangri has been made Special Secretary to the Chief Minister.
Managing Director Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam, Agra Nitish Kumar has been given the responsibility of Managing Director Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation. Bulandshahr DM Shruti has been made the managing director of Dakshinanchal Electricity Distribution Corporation, Agra. Pending IAS Ashutosh Niranjan has been appointed as Transport Commissioner and Transport Commissioner Kinjal Singh has been appointed as Secretary Secondary Education.
Lakhimpur Kheri District Magistrate Durga Shakti Nagpal has been made the Commissioner of Devipatan Division. Devipatan Division Commissioner Shashi Bhushan Lal Sushil has been given the responsibility of Principal Secretary MSME and Export Promotion Department. Additional Chief Secretary Alok Kumar II has been relieved of the charge of MSME and Export Promotion Department.
Fatehpur District Magistrate Ravinder Singh has been made Special Secretary Energy and Additional Energy Sources, Director UPNEDA and Managing Director Uttar Pradesh Renewable and EV Infrastructure Limited. Jhansi District Magistrate Mridul Chaudhary has been appointed Special Secretary Tourism and Director Tourism. Shravasti DM Ashwani Kumar Pandey has been made Director Minority Welfare, Rae Bareli DM Harshita Mathur has been made Director Child Development and Nutrition and Director State Nutrition Mission.
Anita Verma Singh, Registrar of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Law University, Lucknow, has been appointed Special Secretary, Food and Logistics Department and Controller of Legal Weights and Measures. Sachin Kumar Singh (CDO, Amethi) has been made Additional Director, Uttar Pradesh State Agricultural Produce Market Council. Basant Aggarwal (ADM Finance and Revenue, Hathras) has been appointed Director Employees State Insurance Scheme (Labor Medical Services). Soumya Pandey has been relieved of the said charge.
