IBPS has released the notification of Walk-In Recruitment for the post of Administrator Server. The selection process will be held on 30 September 2026 in Mumbai. Eligible candidates will get monthly salary up to ₹73,020 and ₹14.09 lakh annual CTC.

Candidates appearing for IBPS Walk-In Recruitment 2026 will have to reach IBPS House located in Kandivali East on 30th September. The selection process includes document verification, shortlisting, online exam and personal interview.
Walk-In Recruitment for the post of Administrator Server in IBPS
IBPS has released the recruitment notification for the post of Server Administrator for Mumbai Branch. Candidates for this post will be selected through Walk-In Selection Process. Candidates will not have to wait for the exam date, admit card or result separately. After document verification and shortlisting, the process of online examination and personal interview will be completed.
Selection will be held in Mumbai on 30th September
The Walk-In process for this recruitment will be held on 30 September 2026. Candidates will have to report at 9:30 am, while registration will begin at 10:30 am. The selection process will be conducted at the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, IBPS House, 90 Feet DP Road, Behind Thakur Polytechnic, Near WE Highway, Kandivali (East), Mumbai 400101.
Candidates are required to reach the venue within the stipulated time. In case of late arrival or absence of necessary documents, they will not be included in the selection process.
Qualification for Server Administrator
For this post, the candidate should have BE/BTech degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Along with this, at least 3 years of experience in the related field is also necessary.
Candidate’s age should be between 25 to 33 years. According to the notification, the applicant should not be born before 2 September 1993 and after 1 September 2001. Both dates will be included in the calculations.
The candidate should have practical experience of Linux Server Administration or initial experience of Network Management (L3). Preference will be given to candidates having relevant certification.
100 questions in exam, 90 minutes time
The online examination for the post of Server Administrator will consist of two parts. Aptitude Test will have 30 questions of 30 marks, while Professional Knowledge Test will have 70 questions of 70 marks.
The entire examination will be of 90 minutes and all questions will be asked in English. Negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applicable for wrong answer. Personal interview of the successful candidates in the examination will also be conducted on 30th September only.
Monthly salary up to ₹73,020 and ₹14.09 lakh CTC
The post of Server Administrator is of Grade D. The selected candidate will get a basic pay of ₹35,400. After including allowances, the total monthly pay can reach around ₹73,020. Annual CTC is fixed at ₹14.09 lakh.
Apart from this, employees will also get facilities like Mediclaim, Newspaper Bill, Canteen Subsidy, Performance Linked Incentive, Subsidy for children’s education and House Furnishing Loan Scheme.
These documents are necessary for Walk-In
Candidates will have to carry self-attested copies of required documents during Walk-In. These include Passport Size Photograph, 2 Photocopies of the filled form and 10th Marksheet for proof of date of birth.
Apart from this, valid ID Proof, Address Proof, 10th and 12th Marksheets, educational and experience certificates will also have to be carried along with Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Permanent Driving License or Voter ID/Bank Passbook with photo. In case of being a government employee, Pay Slip, Appointment Letter, Promotion Letter, Relieving Letter and other applicable documents will also have to be submitted along with NOC.
