‘If colors are disturbed then the future will be ruined…’ CM Yogi thundered in Gonda, took sharp aim at SP

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while addressing a public meeting in Gonda on Saturday, attacked the opposition fiercely. CM Yogi explained to the public the importance of electing “good people”. Reminding the era before 2017, he said that at that time development was limited to only one particular village. The Chief Minister said in clear words, “If you elect good people and a good government, the results are always good. But if wrong people are elected, then no one can save you from its bad consequences.”

Along with this, he also warned the criminals and rioters in a very strict tone. CM Yogi roared and said that if anyone tries to spoil the festive mood in the state, not only his present will be destroyed, but his future will also be completely ruined. Taking a dig at the old governments, he said, “Earlier it used to be like this. Before 2017, when the wrong government came to power, the development of the entire state was limited to just one village.”

Gonda received a gift of Rs 516 crore, said a big thing on medical colleges

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was speaking at the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of 262 development projects worth Rs 516 crore in Gonda on Saturday. During this, while enumerating the achievements of his government, he said that the BJP government has built medical colleges in different districts of the state. Taking a direct dig at SP, he said, “When we had to build medical colleges, we did not say that it would be built only in Saifai (the ancestral village of Samajwadi Party’s Yadav family). We decided that medical colleges would be built in districts like Gonda, Bahraich, Balrampur, Ayodhya and Basti so that the poor people could get treatment.”

Journey from dirty city to clean city

Recalling the old times when Gonda’s image was very bad, CM Yogi said that at one time Gonda was described as the dirtiest city in the country. He said, “If there was a discussion about the dirtiest city in the country in 2017, Gonda’s name would have come in it. But today I can proudly say that Gonda is making its new identity as one of the cleanest cities in the country. When the wrong government is elected, the results are also wrong, but today Gonda is clean and is moving forward rapidly with a new identity.”

CM Yogi’s blunt warning to rioters

CM Yogi also mentioned the incidents during the year 2015-16 from the stage. He said that at that time a conspiracy was hatched to spread riots on the occasion of Durga Puja in Gonda and even the immersion of the idol of Maa Durga was stopped. Even Ramlila events were disrupted and disturbances would break out as soon as the festival started.

Attacking the previous government, he said that before 2017, the people in power in UP used to give open shelter to goons, due to which curfew was imposed in the state for months. In those times, neither daughters were safe nor businessmen could live in peace. But today the atmosphere has changed, and now if anyone tries to spoil the colors of public festivals and happiness, then both their present and future will be completely destroyed.
