Materials:
- rice
- semolina
- curd
- salt
- Baking soda
- water

Action:
- To make uttapa from rice, first of all, make a fine paste by adding remaining rice, a bowl of curd, salt to taste and water as needed in a mixer bowl.
- Add salt to taste to the prepared paste and mix well. After that keep the dough for some time.
- Then add baking soda to the batter and mix well. Do not make the batter too thin while making Uttapa.
- Heat a pan and apply oil on it. After that, add round uttapa of the mixture and fry on both sides.
- Rice uttapa made in a simple way is ready. This dish goes very well with coconut chutney.
