Materials:
- swim
- jaggery
- Kiss of wet coconut
- black sesame
- ghee
- salt
- nuts
- Cardamom powder

Action:
- To make sweet poha in Konkani style, first of all, clean the poha and grind it with Supa. This will remove fine dirt.
- Take the cleaned poha in a bowl and add water to it, mix it gently and drain it in a sieve.
- If the poha is soaked in water for a long time, there is a possibility of spoilage. So remove the pooh immediately after it gets slightly damp.
- Add finely ground jaggery and salt to taste to the soaked pohya and mix.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts in it until golden brown. Then add black sesame seeds and fry lightly.
- Then mix jaggery and mix it well and add some cardamom powder and mix it well.
- Finally, add a sprinkle of wet coconut on top and serve to eat poha.
