On the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the Kakori train action, the “Tiranga Yatra with Youth” was launched in the capital Lucknow on Sunday under the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan.” Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, participating in the program, paid tribute to the brave sons who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence. He said that the tricolor symbolizes India’s simplicity, development, heritage, and pride.
He said that if youth energy is given a proper platform, it is capable of facing every challenge facing the country. Several senior BJP leaders and workers, including Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya, Brajesh Pathak, and State BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary, were present at the program.
The Chief Minister said that our youth is talented and a symbol of energy. They have the ability to face every challenge facing the country. This youthful energy needs to be provided with a proper platform to thrive, so that, in addition to their traditional curriculum, they can also prepare themselves to meet the challenges of the country and society. In this spirit, the BJP is organizing Tiranga Yatras across the country.

Yogi stated that the Indian tricolor is not just the national flag, but also a symbol of the country’s simplicity, development, and honor. The tricolor represents the country’s national consciousness and pride. He stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, respect for the country’s heritage and national symbols is being given top priority. Strict punishment has been enacted against those who insult the heritage and the country’s great men.
He stated that the tendency to insult the country’s heritage and great men while living in India is unacceptable. He said that the tricolor strengthens the spirit of patriotism, unity, and national pride among the countrymen. Familiarizing the youth with the history of the freedom struggle and the contributions of the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the country is also an important objective of this campaign.
The Chief Minister noted that this year is also significant for the national song “Vande Mataram.” To mark its 150th anniversary, “Vande Mataram” is being sung across the country. He said that the national song and the national anthem are important symbols of the country’s national identity, and every citizen should strengthen their sense of respect for them.
State BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary said that seeing the tricolor flutter in the air fills every Indian with pride. It is this tricolor that the soldiers deployed on the country’s borders do not hesitate to make the supreme sacrifice to protect.
He said that when the Indian tricolor flutters on any field in the world, it instills in the athletes the ability and confidence to achieve impossible goals. The tricolor symbolizes the energy of the beating hearts of 1.4 billion citizens and the unity of India.
During the program, leaders called upon youth and activists to spread the “Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan” to every household and hoist the national flag in every home on Independence Day.
