IMD Rain Alert: The Meteorological Department issued a press release saying that there is a possibility of heavy rain in many areas of Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh during today’s weather. On the other hand, there is a possibility of rain in Haryana, Chandigarh and Punjab on July 6 and July 10. At the same time, there are chances of rain at many places in Western Uttar Pradesh from 6th to 8th July and in Eastern Uttar Pradesh from 6th to 7th July. Not only this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in many areas of Chhattisgarh between 6th and 9th July and on 11th July.

While talking to the media, the Meteorological Department said that the sky will be generally cloudy in Delhi today i.e. on 6th and 7th July. During this period, there is also a possibility of light to moderate rain. This morning, there may be strong winds at a speed of 30 to 40 km/hour with thunder and flashes of clouds in the sky. According to the information received, after this, there are chances of light rain from morning to afternoon and again light rain with thunder and lightning at night.

On the other hand, on July 7 also, light rain with thunder and lightning is likely to continue from morning to afternoon. However, the maximum temperature is expected to be between 30 to 33 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature to be between 25 to 28 degrees Celsius.

Meteorological Department issued rain alert in Rajasthan

Let us tell you that today the pace of monsoon is likely to remain the same in Rajasthan for the next two to three days. Not only this, heavy rains will continue in most parts of Jaipur, Bharatpur, Kota, Udaipur and Ajmer divisions, while between today and July 9, heavy rains may occur at isolated places in the south-eastern districts. According to the report, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder in some areas of Jodhpur and Bikaner in western Rajasthan and heavy rain at some places between July 7 and 8.

Looking at the weather of Ranchi, the Meteorological Department has said that monsoon is likely to remain active in Jharkhand from today till July 7.
