Bethel missed the final phase of IPL 2026 due to injury, while Sam Curran was also not available for Rajasthan Royals due to fitness issues. Coles has scored 1373 runs in 61 innings of his T20 career at an average of 28.60 and strike rate of 146.37, which includes 7 half-centuries. Whereas, in bowling, he has taken 53 wickets in T20 cricket, where his economy rate was 8.27 and average was 26.94. Coles also holds the record for making the youngest first-class debut for Sussex. He played his first first-class match at the age of just 16 years and 157 days.
