IND vs NZ Schedule: New Zealand Cricket has released the schedule of its 2026-27 domestic season and it will begin with a major all-format tour against India. India will tour New Zealand between October and December. Where 12 matches will be played between the two teams. This tour includes 5 T20s, 5 ODIs and 2 Tests.
According to New Zealand Cricket, this will be the biggest home tour against any foreign team in its history. This series between India and New Zealand will run from 22 October to 1 December and matches will be played in five cities. The India tour will begin at Hagel Oval in Christchurch, where the first two T20 matches will be played on 22 and 24 October. This will be followed by the remaining three T20s in Wellington (27 October), Auckland (30 October) and Hamilton (1 November).

5 ODIs and 5 T20s will be played between India and New Zealand.
ODI series will start after T20. The first ODI will be played in Auckland on 4 November. The second will be held in Wellington on 7 November and the third in Hamilton on 10 November. The fourth and fifth ODIs will be played on 13 and 15 November at Mount Maunganui.
Indian team will go to New Zealand in October
The first match of the two-match Test series will be played in Wellington from November 19, while the second Test will be played in Christchurch from November 27. The New Zealand government is also cooperating to make this tour special. It is being seen as a special event to mark 100 years of sports relations between the two countries.
New Zealand Cricket’s Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer Glenn Critchley said that the India tour will not just be a cricket series, but will also be a celebration of the shared history, culture and cricketing relationship between the two countries. With the arrival of star players like Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah, there will be a tremendous atmosphere in the stadiums.
