India adopts tough stance after US attack on sailors, summons US diplomat again

New Delhi. Three Indian citizens have died in American attacks on Indian commercial ships. Now India’s Foreign Ministry has adopted a tough stance. The Indian Foreign Ministry has summoned Jason Meeks, acting envoy of the US mission. During this meeting held in South Block, India lodged its protest against the action of the US Navy. Earlier, Jason Meeks was also summoned on Wednesday night.

India has bluntly said that the use of this type of lethal force against civilian vessels is completely unacceptable. Three Indian sailors lost their lives in the attack
Let us tell you that three Indian sailors have died tragically in the American attacks. The Indian government has admitted that the US Navy has targeted three ships with Indian crew. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal confirmed these attacks. He told that these attacks were carried out by the American Navy. India said that the loss of civilian lives in this manner could have been completely avoided.

Let us tell you that on June 10, the US Army attacked the Indian oil tanker Setebello off the coast of Oman. During this time, there were 24 Indian crew members on board, out of which 21 were saved. At the same time, three sailors were said to be Latpa. However, after this, the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways of the Government of India, Sarbananda Sonowal said on Thursday that the bodies of the three missing Indian sailors have been found.

The deceased include Shivanand Chaurasia, resident of Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, Aditya Sharma, resident of Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh and Patnala Suresh, resident of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
