India vs England T20 Series: To save face, Team India will have to correct these 3 big mistakes

Will India Qualify Today’s T20 Match: Team India’s problems are continuously increasing during the England tour. Now the fourth match of the five-match T20 series will be played on Thursday at the County Ground in Bristol. The Indian team is currently behind 0-2 in the series. If England has to be prevented from winning the series, India will have to win at any cost in this do or die match.

These 3 mistakes are costing you dearly, need to be rectified

Team India will have to overcome three major shortcomings for its first win. The first problem is the constant reshuffle in the batting order. In the last match, sending Akshar Patel and Harshit Rana before Tilak Verma and Shivam Dubey was costly, due to which the entire team was reduced to just 76 runs.

The second big problem is the flop performance of fast bowlers. While England’s bowlers are taking advantage of the pitches, captain Shreyas Iyer’s fast bowlers are not able to take wickets. Arshdeep has taken only 3 wickets in this series and Harshit Rana’s economy has been 10.

The third weakness is the middle order, where Iyer, Tilak Verma, Axar Patel and Ishan Kishan are continuously flopping. Only Abhishek Sharma is able to score some runs in the top order.

History of Bristol: India has the upper hand

It is a matter of relief that the record of the Indian team on this ground in Bristol has been very excellent. Team India had played only one match here in the year 2018 and had defeated England badly in that. In that match, in response to England’s 198 runs, India won the match in 18.4 overs thanks to Rohit Sharma’s stormy century (56 balls, 100 runs) and Virat Kohli’s 43-run innings.

On the other hand, England’s record on this ground has been mixed. They have played 5 matches here, out of which they have lost 3. However, in the last match, England’s Phil Salt (70 runs) and Sam Curran (41 runs) looked in excellent form. Now it remains to be seen whether the Indian team can learn from past mistakes and repeat history again in Bristol or not.
