Secret CIA documents say that Osama bin Laden, the founder of Al Qaeda, was planning the attack on India long before 9/11. The CIA has released hundreds of pages of dozens of intelligence reports it prepared for former US presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. Among them, a report named 'Bin Laden's terrorist network is still a big danger'. It claims that 'Bin Laden is planning attacks in Egypt, India, Pakistan, Uganda and possibly Nigeria.' However, India or other countries have been mentioned, but no details have been given about when the attack may take place, the type of attack, etc.
Meanwhile, the CIA claimed that it had been warned many times before 9/11 of terrorist attacks on American soil. Among which there was talk of an attack with an explosive-laden plane.
