Nepal Flash Flood: The sudden severe flood on Wednesday morning in the border areas of Nepal-China has caused huge devastation. After the massive floods in the mountainous country Nepal, the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu has issued emergency numbers to help Indian citizens. Indian citizens affected by floods can use these emergency numbers for help and necessary information.
So far, at least 16 people have been reported dead due to flash floods in Nepal, while about 105 Indians are reported missing. The Indian Embassy has appealed to the affected people and their families to immediately contact the helpline numbers given if needed. Relief and rescue efforts are also being monitored by Indian authorities.
Nepal's Prime Minister Balen Shah has called an emergency meeting and ordered to speed up relief and rescue operations.
