Due to technical problem in Indigo flight from Noida International Airport in Jewar, Greater Noida to Lucknow, passengers had to face problems for about three hours. Flight number 6E 7628 (DXN-LKO) was scheduled to take off at 3:05 pm, but takeoff could not take place on time. The plane took off at around 6:48 pm.
According to the passengers, initially the plane kept waiting for about an hour. After this, information about a technical fault came to light and the flight was canceled and arrangements were made for another aircraft. Passengers allege that they were not told the clear reason for the flight delay.

- According to the passengers, arrangements for another flight were made at around 5 pm. The passengers boarded this plane and reached the runway, but the plane could not take off.
- Passengers say that after this the AC of the plane was switched off, which caused them a lot of trouble. It was also reported that the health of some passengers was deteriorating.
- After protests by the passengers, the plane was taken to a different location and the passengers were allowed to exit. Passengers say that they had to face this entire situation for about three hours, due to which they became angry.
- At the same time, it was told by IndiGo that there was a technical problem in the aircraft going from Noida International Airport to Lucknow. After this, another aircraft was arranged to send the passengers to their destination.
- According to Indigo, during this period, refreshments were also given to the passengers and they were given full cooperation.
- The airline says that arrangements were made to send the passengers to Lucknow through an alternative flight.
However, there was resentment among the passengers regarding the delay in the flight and the passengers sitting in the plane for a long time. Questions have been raised by the passengers regarding the problems they faced during the technical problem in the plane.
