Bhopal, 02 October 2026: A horrific accident took place at Berughat near Indore on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway at night. Three people lost their lives in this accident.
A truck going from Manpur to Dhamnod went out of control; Losing control, he entered the other lane and collided with two trucks. Subsequently, that uncontrolled truck collided with another truck also.
Three people died in accident
The collision between vehicles on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway was so terrible that the vehicles were heavily damaged and some people got trapped in them. Three people died on the spot. Police is investigating this matter.
As soon as information about the accident was received, Manpur Station House Officer Arun Solanki reached the spot with the police team. Police immediately started relief and rescue operations and tried to rescue the people trapped under the truck.
Due to the accident on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway, long queues of vehicles formed on both sides. Within a short time a traffic jam was created for kilometers. The police had to take a lot of trouble to disperse this crowd.
