Action:
- To make tomato dosa, first of all, make a paste by adding tomato slices, ginger slices and salt to taste, red chillies in a mixer bowl.
- Take the prepared paste in a deep vessel and mix it by adding water as required.
- Then add rice flour, semolina and keep the mixture covered for 20 minutes. This will make the semolina bloom nicely.
- Add finely chopped onion to the dosa mixture and mix. Apart from this you can also add tomato slices in it.
- Heat a pan and apply oil on it. Then add the dosa mixture and fry until crispy on both sides.
