International Yoga Day celebrated with enthusiasm at Pachchwara North Coal Mines

Pakur, Jharkhand:-

A grand Yoga program was organized at the Amdapara Pachchwara North Coal Mines Complex in sync with the International Yoga Day celebrations being celebrated across the country, the national level main event of which was addressed by the Prime Minister from Kolkata, West Bengal. Organized under the aegis of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, the program was attended by West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited (WBPDCL), BGR Mining and Infra Pvt. Ltd. And Shar Projects Pvt. Ltd. More than 100 officers and employees enthusiastically

Starting the program, highlighting the importance of yoga, BGR Vice President Dilip Taman said that yoga is not just a physical exercise but is the basis of a healthy body, calm mind and balanced life. After this, the participants did various yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation exercises as per the common yoga protocol prescribed by the Ministry of AYUSH.

The officials present on the occasion said that Yoga is an effective medium to provide mental peace, efficiency and positive energy in today’s busy and stressful life. Yoga is an important means of health protection and stress management, especially for the employees working in mining and industrial sectors. All the participants in the program practiced yoga with full enthusiasm and discipline. During the yoga session, the message of unity, dedication and adopting a healthy lifestyle was given. The participants pledged to do yoga regularly and make it a part of their daily life.

This program organized at Pachchwara North Coal Mines was dedicated to the health, safety and welfare of the employees of WBPDCL, BGR Mining & Infra Pvt. Ltd. And Shar Projects Pvt. Ltd. Showed commitment. This event gave an important message of increasing awareness about Yoga among the employees as well as strengthening the National Health and Wellness Campaign.
