IPL 2026: KKR gave a target of 180 runs to Gujarat Titans, Cameron Green played a half-century.

On the basis of Cameron Green (79)’s brilliant half-century, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) scored 180 runs against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the 25th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on Friday. Here today Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and decided to bat first. KKR did not have a good start and lost three wickets at the score of 32 runs.
Captain Ajinkya Rahane (zero), Angkrish Raghuvanshi (eight) and Tim Seifert (19) were out after scoring runs. After this Rovman Powell tried to handle the innings with Cameron Green. Both the batsmen added 55 runs for the fourth wicket. Ashok Sharma ended this partnership by dismissing Rovman Powell in the 11th over. Rovman Powell made 27 in 20 balls, hitting two fours and two sixes.
After this, there was a partnership of 56 runs for the fifth wicket between Anukul Roy and Green. Prasidh Krishna dismissed Anukul Roy (nine) in the 15th over. After this, the bowlers of Gujarat Titans were seen dominating the batsmen of KKR. During this period, KKR lost its three wickets by adding only 19 runs. Ramandeep Singh scored 17 runs in eight balls, hitting two fours and a six.
However, during this period, Cameron Green kept scoring runs while holding one end. KKR scored 180 runs in 20 overs. Rashid Khan dismissed Cameron Green on the last ball of the innings. Green played an innings of 79 runs in 55 balls, hitting seven fours and four sixes. Kagiso Rabada took three wickets for Gujarat Titans. Mohammad Siraj and Ashok Sharma got two wickets each.
