Raipur. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar captured the Purple Cap by taking four wickets against Mumbai Indians. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who won the Purple Cap consecutively in 2016 and 2017, has not lost his art even at the age of 36, in fact it looks like he is getting better.
His four-wicket haul against Mumbai Indians (MI) helped Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) to a thrilling win. With this, his number of wickets this season has reached 21 and he has reached the top of the Purple Cap table.
Kagiso Rabada reached 18 wickets on Saturday and Anshul Kamboj reached 19 wickets with two wickets against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the first match of the day on Sunday. Both of them are at second and third place respectively. After this, Prince Yadav of LSG and Ishan Malinga of Sunrisers Hyderabad come with 16-16 wickets. Then Rashid Khan of Gujarat Titans and Jofra Archer of Rajasthan Royals are the bowlers with 15-15 wickets.
