New Delhi: The primary market is expected to be quite active during the trading week beginning Monday, August 3. Six companies are launching their IPOs this week.
Of these, two companies’ IPOs are in the mainboard segment, while the remaining four are in the SME segment. Furthermore, bids can be made for the six IPOs that opened for subscription last week until August 3rd and 4th.
This week, 11 companies are set to enter the stock market. Three of these companies are from the mainboard segment, while the remaining eight are from the SME segment.
Anvil Wire & Engineering’s ₹177.81 crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on August 3, the first trading day of the week, with bids open until August 5.
The IPO bidding price range is ₹257 to ₹270 per share, with a lot size of 400 shares. Following the IPO’s closing date, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the NSE’s SME platform on August 10th.
The next day, on August 4, Aegius Technologies’ IPO of Rs 23.71 crore will open for subscription. Bids can be made in this issue until August 6.
The IPO bidding price range is ₹100 to ₹105 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Following the IPO’s closing date, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 11th.
RD Industries’ Rs 425.87 crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription on August 5, the third trading day of the week. Bids can be made until August 7.
The IPO bidding price range is ₹50 to ₹53 per share, with a lot size of 281 shares. Following the IPO’s closing date, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 12th.
LAPL Automotive Limited’s ₹32.40 crore initial public offering (IPO) will open for subscription the following day, August 6. Bids can be made for this issue until August 10.
The IPO bidding price range is ₹88 to ₹94 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Following the IPO’s closing date, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 13th.
Similarly, Optimistics Entertainment’s IPO of Rs 107.88 crore will open for subscription on August 7, the last trading day of the week. Bids can be placed on this issue until August 11.
The IPO bidding price range is set at ₹165 per share to ₹174 per share. The lot size of the IPO has not yet been announced.
After the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares may be listed on the SME platform of NSE on August 14. On the same day, the IPO of Technocraft Ventures will also open for subscription.
Bids for this issue will also be available until August 11th. The price band and lot size for bidding in the IPO have not yet been announced. Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 14th.
Apart from these new IPOs, bids can be placed till tomorrow i.e. August 3 in the Rs 1,800 crore IPO of Juniper Green Energy, which opened for subscription on July 30 last week.
The price band for bidding in the IPO has been fixed at Rs 214 per share to Rs 225 per share, while the lot size is 66 shares.
Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 6. The IPO has been subscribed 49 percent so far.
The Rs 290 crore IPO of MV Electrosystems, which opened for subscription on July 30, can also be bid till tomorrow i.e. August 3.
The price band for bidding in the IPO has been fixed at Rs 400 per share to Rs 425 per share, while the lot size is 34 shares.
Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE on August 6. The IPO has been subscribed 12.79 times so far.
The Rs 36.36 crore IPO of Dhawal Packaging, which opened for subscription on the same day, can also be bid till tomorrow i.e. August 3.
The price band for bidding in the IPO has been fixed at Rs 92 per share to Rs 97 per share, while the lot size is 1,200 shares.
Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 6. The IPO has been subscribed 1.40 times so far.
Another IPO of OneIndig Technologies, which opened for subscription on July 30, can also be bid till tomorrow i.e. August 3.
The price band for bidding in the IPO has been fixed at Rs 91 per share to Rs 96 per share, while the lot size is 1,200 shares.
Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 6. The IPO has been 79% subscribed so far.
Apart from these, bids can be placed till August 4 in the Rs 42.25 crore IPO of GV Electricals, which opened for subscription on July 31.
The price band for bidding in the IPO has been fixed at Rs 123 per share to Rs 130 per share, while the lot size is 1,000 shares.
Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 7. The IPO has been subscribed 2.30 times so far.
The Rs 39.04 crore IPO of Fusion Classroom Edutech, which opened for subscription on the same day, can also be bid till August 4.
The price band for bidding in the IPO has been fixed at Rs 151 per share to Rs 159 per share, while the lot size is 800 shares.
Following the closing of the IPO, the company’s shares are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 7. The IPO has been 79% subscribed so far.
As far as listing in the stock market is concerned, the shares of Propshop Events & Exhibitions can be listed on the SME platform of NSE on the first day of this week and can start trading in the stock market.
Shares of Advance Technoforge are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on the same day. Shares of Pooja Precision Engineering are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 4th, the second day of the week.
Manipal Health Enterprises shares are expected to be listed on the BSE and NSE and begin trading on August 5. HR Hygiene Products shares are also expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 5.
Shares of Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems may start their trading in the stock market by getting listed on BSE and NSE on August 6, the fourth trading day of the week.
Shares of Dhawal Packaging and OneIndig Technologies are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on the same day. Additionally, shares of GV Electricals and Fusion Classroom Edutech are expected to be listed on the BSE’s SME platform on August 7th, the last trading day of the week.
