Iran Attack: Iran fired missiles at Kuwait and Bahrain, UAE government expressed strong protest
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly condemned the attacks carried out by Iran on Bahrain and Kuwait on 28 June 2026. Missiles and drones were used in these attacks. The UAE Foreign Ministry has called it a flagrant violation of the security and sovereignty of neighboring countries.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has issued an official statement. It said that these actions of Iran are a big threat to the stability of Bahrain and Kuwait. The UAE has expressed its full solidarity with both countries and supports every step taken for their security.
Kuwait’s army informed that two enemy ballistic missiles arrived in their airspace early on Sunday. Both these missiles were intercepted in time, due to which there was no loss of life or property.
On the other hand, Bahrain has also confirmed that they were attacked by Iranian missiles and drones. Bahrain termed this incident as an old habit of Iran and called it a continuous attack. Bahrain has demanded immediate action from the United Nations Security Council on this serious matter.
