In these two days, the film has earned a total of around Rs 95.30 crore within India. Along with the domestic market, this film is also taking the box office by storm in foreign countries. The film did a business of Rs 55 crore in the overseas market on the first day and Rs 40 crore on the second day. In this way, its total collection from foreign countries has reached Rs 97.00 crore in just two days. Talking about the worldwide gross collection, the film has crossed the magical figure of Rs 209.10 crore in just two days, which makes it clear that the film is earning record-breaking money abroad as well as in the country.
What is the story of Yami Gautam starrer 'Nayi Naveli'?
On the other hand, the film 'Nai Naveli' starring Yami Gautam in the lead role has been directed by Balaji Mohan and its story has been co-written by Himanshu Sharma and Divya Nidhi Sharma. The background of the film is based on the Awasthi family, a big joint family of Meerut city of Uttar Pradesh. Raja Awasthi, the elder son of the family, gets married to Mohini.
As soon as Mohini steps into the house, strange incidents start happening. Within no time the old problems of the family start going away and happiness spreads everywhere. However, Bantu, the younger brother of the family, becomes suspicious of the mysterious actions of his new sister-in-law and thinks that his sister-in-law is a 'witch'. Bantu gathers the entire family on this matter, after which the story of the film takes a new turn, where Mohini's real identity is revealed to everyone.

'Nayi Naveli' box office collection day 1
Yami Gautam's film did not perform well on the first day at the box office. The film earned only Rs 3.25 crore in India on the first day with approximately 6,281 shows. At the same time, the film's performance in foreign markets also remained lackluster and it made a business of only Rs 75 lakh. If we combine these figures, the initial worldwide gross collection of 'Nayi Naveli' has so far reached only around Rs 4.58 crore.
'Prahar' box office collection day 1
Currently, another film is doing wonders at the box office. Rajkummar Rao's patriotic film also had a slow start at the box office. 'Prahaar The Ujjwal Nikam' earned around Rs 2.35 crore at the domestic box office on its first day. Even in foreign countries, the condition of this film was similar to that of Yami Gautam's film and it collected only Rs 75 lakh in the overseas market. Overall, the first day worldwide collection of the film has come down to only Rs 3.52 crore.
