Jharkhand Weather: Orange alert in 6 districts, yellow in 10

The low pressure area over northwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal-North Odisha coast has now transformed into a well-marked low pressure area. Due to its effect, the rainy season is likely to continue in many parts of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued orange alert in 6 districts and yellow alert in 10 districts.

Monsoon activities have once again intensified in Jharkhand. The low pressure area over the northwestern part of the Bay of Bengal and adjoining West Bengal-North Odisha coast has now transformed into a well-marked low pressure area.
