The Kpop group performed their 2020 hit Dynamite at the World Cup final between Argentina and Spain.
Jimin’s shirt was the joint-highest-selling item at Christie’s One Goal: An Auction to Benefit the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.
It finished tied as the auction’s most valuable item alongside the official match ball from the 2026 World Cup final, which also sold for $110,000.
Inaddition, V’s scarf and Jungkook’s jacket each sold for $46,200.
Apart from BTS’ belongings, an Argentina jersey signed by Lionel Messi and gifted to Shakira sold for $66,000.
Pop icon Madonna’s fingerless gloves from the World Cup halftime show opener fetched $41,800.
The seven-day online auction concluded on Wednesday, July 29, raising a total of $652,630 from bidders across 24 countries.
All proceeds from the auction will benefit the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund.
