He then worked on Carnival Cruise in the US where he got the opportunity to work with international chefs and understand cuisines from around the world. This experience further broadened his culinary horizons.
Nand reached Britain in the year 2007. Here he worked in the field of fine dining and also gained experience under British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. In a career spanning nearly 25 years, he gained expertise in Indian, French, Italian, Mediterranean and South American cuisine. Especially in the field of fusion cuisine, he created his own identity.
Today Nand Kishore Yadav is associated with The White Hart, a popular pub in Holyport village near London. He is also working as an award winning chef and caterer. She believes the invitation to the royal ceremony is a tribute to her Indian heritage, her journey in the UK hospitality industry and her work for the community.
Nand did not limit his profession to just business. He is working towards developing The White Hart as a community space through the Mission Possible initiative. Apart from this, through Ninaya Catering, started in the name of his wife and daughters, he is trying to bring authentic Indian cuisine to the people in South East England.
