He has filed this complaint in the Manhattan Supreme Court and has made many surprising claims.

Chirayu Rana has accused 37-year-old senior officer Lorna Hajdini of sexual harassment and racial abuse. Along with this, he has also made serious allegations of giving drugs to the female officer. The lawsuit resurfaced on Monday in which the events of 2024 are mentioned in detail. Statements of two witnesses have also been included in this case which are quite surprising.

Shocking statements of witnesses on the case

An anonymous witness said that he lived in the same apartment with Chirayu Rana. She claimed that Hajdini came into the room completely naked and sat on the sofa. He lit a cigarette and put pressure on the witness to join him in the bedroom.
According to the witness, when he refused, Hajdini said that he had the right on Rana. The witness further said that Rana was continuously opposing this and was quite uncomfortable. He heard Rana saying that I am not going to do all this, please stop.

PTSD and mental stress due to harassment

Another witness also said that a senior female officer at his workplace had made his life hell. The witness also alleged that he once saw Hajdini kissing Rana on the neck and forcibly holding her. Rana has given an affidavit in his new filing which clearly states that he suffered from PTSD in October 2024. Along with this, there is also a letter from his counselor which completely confirms that he is undergoing treatment.

Denial of allegations by bank and officer

Both JPMorgan Bank and Hajdini have strongly denied all of these serious allegations. According to the bank, no evidence has been found in the investigation. Hajdini’s lawyers said she never had a sexual or romantic relationship with Rana and that the allegations were false. The report alleges that Chirayu Rana had misled the bank about his father’s death. She had taken advice from the chatbot on questions related to rape. The bank says that Hajdini cooperated fully in the investigation whereas Rana did not do so at all.
