Justin Baldoni breaks cover with cheerful outing days after Blake Lively settlement
Justin Baldoni marked his first public appearance just two days after settling his legal battle with his It Ends With Us co-star, Blake Lively.
On Wednesday, May 6, the 42-year-old actor and director stepped out with his wife of more than 12 years, Emily Baldoni, at a local eatery, Little Rad Market in Nashville.
For the outing, Justin sported a tan cardigan over a white tank top and appeared all smiles as he held his partner’s hands. Emily was seen wearing a black top and light-wash jeans.
The cheerful appearance marked the Five Feet Apart director’s first outing after he and Blake settled their year-and-a-half-long legal case outside of court ahead of their May 18 trial date.
The settlement was announced in a joint statement by the Gossip Girl alum’s attorneys, Michael Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, along with Justin’s Wayfarer Studios lawyers, Bryan Freedman and Ellyn Garofalo.
“The end product — the movie It Ends With Us — is a source of pride to all of us who worked to bring it to life. Raising awareness, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of domestic violence survivors — and all survivors — is a goal that we stand behind,” the statement read.
It continued, “We acknowledge the process presented challenges and recognize concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserved to be heard. We remain firmly committed to workplaces free of improprieties and unproductive environments.”
“It is our sincere hope that this brings closure and allows all involved to move forward constructively and in peace, including a respectful environment online,” the statement concluded.
When did the legal dispute start?
The legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni emerged in December 2024, four months after the release of their film It Ends With Us.
