The hotel has been named one of the six best hotels in Southeast Asia in the 2026 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
The annual awards are based on ratings and experiences submitted by travelers worldwide.
The hotel also received “Vietnam’s Best Golf Hotel 2026” at the Vietnam Golf & Leisure Awards.
Its Spa L’Occitane en Provence was named “Vietnam’s Best Hotel Spa” at the World Spa Awards 2026 in late September.

The hotel’s dining venues also received recognition.
French Grill was included in the Michelin Selected 2026 list for the fourth consecutive year.

French Grill and Kumihimo also received Tripadvisor’s 2026 Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best.
The distinction is awarded to establishments ranked among the top 1% of listings on the platform based on traveler reviews and ratings.

A hotel representative attributed the awards to continued investment in facilities, services and staff development.
The hotel offers accommodation, meeting facilities, restaurants and wellness experiences for business and leisure travelers.
“These achievements across multiple categories not only reinforce JW Marriott Hotel Hanoi’s position as a leading luxury destination in the capital but also enhance the appeal of Vietnam’s hospitality industry among international travelers,” the hotel representative said.
