Weather Forecast 1 June: On June 1, the weather will be quite mixed in many states of the country. In the latest update of IMD, it has been told that the south-west monsoon has reached the Kerala coast and due to its effect, rain activities have increased in South India. The effect of heat and heat wave still persists in many areas of North-West India, which may continue tomorrow also. IMD has predicted cloudy sky, thundershowers and heavy rain at some places tomorrow i.e. Monday in the South Indian states of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Let us tell you that monsoon rains are likely to remain active in Kerala and Coastal Karnataka. There may also be intermittent rain in Goa and Konkan region due to which the temperature will drop and the weather will remain pleasant.

There will be rain in Assam and Meghalaya

Rain activities are likely to be most active in the north-eastern states of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. Heavy rain, thunder and strong winds may occur in many areas. There is a possibility of landslides in hilly areas and waterlogging in low-lying areas.
The weather will remain continuously humid in the Northeast due to pre-monsoon moisture and winds coming from the Bay of Bengal.

How will the weather be in Bihar, Jharkhand?

Talking about Eastern India, there are chances of cloudy sky in many areas of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand and Bihar. During this period, there is a possibility of rain along with thunder at some places. An alert of heavy rain has been issued in the northern districts of West Bengal and Sikkim. Incidents of storm and lightning can also be seen at some places in Bihar and Jharkhand. The temperature in these states is expected to be slightly below normal, which will provide some relief from the scorching heat.

How will the weather be in UP-Delhi tomorrow?

Talking about North India, the weather of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Uttarakhand is expected to be mixed. Hot winds and high temperatures will persist in some areas of Western Rajasthan and Haryana-Punjab. Clouds and light rain are expected at some places in eastern Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Delhi-NCR may experience hot and humid weather with partly cloudy sky. The Meteorological Department has predicted light rain and thundershowers in the hilly areas of Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir.
