Election Commission of India: Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has demanded the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar. He raised many allegations while questioning the functioning of the Election Commission.
Kejriwal said that CEC Gyanesh Kumar should be arrested and charged with treason. He claimed that Gyanesh Kumar is issuing orders alone and all orders issued without approval are illegal.

He also raised questions regarding the SIR (Special Intensive Revision) process. Kejriwal claimed that names of 13 crore voters have been removed from the voter list under SIR and this entire process should be cancelled. Arvind Kejriwal demanded that all elections held in previous years be cancelled. The reaction of the Election Commission and other political parties on his statements is yet to come.
