Extending its advanced technology to the Indian market, Kia India has officially launched the limousine version of the 'Kia Carnival Hybrid'. Showcased alongside the all-new Sorento and the Cairns CNG, the luxury hybrid MPV will be officially launched in the coming months. Combining luxury, large size and great mileage, this car will see a lot of competition in the Indian luxury MPV segment.
Powerful hybrid engine and performance
The Kia Carnival Hybrid is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged GDI petrol engine, which generates a maximum power of 180 PS and a torque of 265 Nm. This engine is supported by an electric motor that produces 73.4 PS of power and 304 Nm of torque. In the global market, this hybrid engine generates a combined power of 245 PS and a massive torque of 368 Nm. It uses a 6-speed automatic transmission and sends power to the front-wheels. The hybrid system will significantly increase the mileage of this huge MPV.

Magnificent size and attractive look
Based on the fourth generation, this Carnival is very grand in terms of size. The car measures 5,156 mm in length, 1,994 mm in width, 1,740 mm in height and 3,091 mm in wheelbase. Coming to the design, it gets Kia's new 'tiger nose' grille, vertical LED headlamps, connected LED DRLs, 18-inch alloy wheels and convenient electric sliding doors at the rear. Her long bonnet and tall glasses give her a truly premium look.
