The academy in Ahmedabad is modeled on Kia India's first dealer training academy inaugurated earlier this year at Inchon Kia in Kochi, reinforcing the company's aim to deliver structured learning closer to its dealer network. The company now has two dealer training academies, with a combined capacity to train nearly 500 employees per month. This reinforces the company's commitment to build skilled dealer teams and deliver a consistent customer experience across its sales and service network.
