Kisan Yojana 2025: Farmers’ fun! Government is giving direct assistance up to ₹12,000

The government has once again taken a big step to realize the dream of doubling the income of the country’s farmers. The Horticulture Department of Uttar Pradesh has now brought a ‘Golden Chance’ for the farmers. If you cultivate or want to cultivate fruits, vegetables or spices, the government will not only provide you better seeds and fertilizers but will also teach you new farming techniques. The main objective of this scheme is to modernize the farmers and improve their economic condition.

Getting subsidy up to ₹ 12,000

The government’s goal is to enable farmers to produce more produce at lower costs. For this, the government is giving a subsidy of up to Rs 12,000 per hectare of land. Farmers can use this money to buy good quality seeds, organic fertilizers and other items required for farming. Not only this, the farmers who are exclusively cultivating vegetables are being given financial assistance of up to Rs 10,000 by the government.

Spices and fruits are being produced on a large scale

This time the Horticulture Department is very excited about spice and fruit production. The department has set a very ambitious target for the year 2024-25. While last year the target was to cultivate spices in only 4 hectares, this year it has been increased to 300 hectares. Similarly, there is a target to plant new fruit trees on 300 hectares of land. It is clear from these figures that the government is preparing for major changes in the field of agriculture.
