Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Trust President Dinesh Falahari Maharaj has requested Saint Premanand (Kohli was invited to Premanand's darbar) to leave Belvan Ashram and come to Govardhan. In a letter written on Monday, he expressed concern over the safety of the saint and claimed factionalism in the ashram.
It has been alleged that a group had called Indian cricketer Virat Kohli to the court of Premanand Maharaj by allegedly paying Rs 5 crore. After this, Maharaj's fame increased across the country.
It has been alleged in the letter that a group disguised as a saint is buying and selling lands in the Yamuna submergence area around Belvan Ashram. He alleged that with the alleged connivance of some land mafia and officials, Yamuna Khadar land is being sold.
It has also been claimed in the letter that to take advantage of the fame of Sant Premanand (Kohli was invited to Premanand's darbar) Maharaj, some alleged mafia is active in the ashram in the guise of saints. Serious allegations like selling the kidneys of missing children have also been made in the letter. Falahari Maharaj has demanded a CBI inquiry to investigate these allegations.
Also requested the government to give Z Plus security to Premanand Maharaj. Referring to the alleged differences between the two groups, it is alleged that one party claims that it has played a role in making Premanand Maharaj famous.
On this, Dinesh Falahari also said that Saint Premanand has made his mark through spiritual practice and penance. He has appealed to Premanand Maharaj to stay away from controversies and do spiritual practice by residing in the holy land of Govardhan Girirajji. The letter said that his stay in Govardhan would be safer.

Even before this, Dinesh Falahari, a party in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case, has expressed concern about the safety of Sant Premanand Maharaj and the conditions inside the ashram premises. He has written a letter to the Chief Minister demanding the safety of the saint as well as an impartial investigation into the activities in and around Kelikunj Ashram.
Dinesh told in the letter that there are differences between the two parties regarding the activities related to Shrihit Radha Kelikunj Ashram. Allegations are being made that under the guise of the Ashram, some people associated with the property business have become active, who have taken undue advantage of the influence of the organization and have built the Ashram.
According to his letter, being hurt by property and business activities, Sant Premanand (Kohli was invited to Premanand's darbar) Maharaj went to the ashram in Belvan. The seriousness of the matter increased further when fears of disappearance of children and activity of suspicious people started being raised in the vicinity of Kelikunj Ashram. Devotees believe that the safety of Sant Premanand Maharaj is very important in the interest of the country and spirituality.
