There is a huge demand especially in technical fields like construction, electrician, plumber and carpenter. This meeting will not only open new opportunities for the youth of the state, but will also strengthen economic and labor cooperation between India and Russia.
This information was given by Labor and Employment Minister Anil Rajbhar on Wednesday. He said that under the Uttar Pradesh Employment Mission, a meeting has been held between India and Russia through video conferencing regarding employment generation. In this meeting, the Labor and Employment Minister, Uttar Pradesh himself. and Sergei Cheremin, Minister of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of the Moscow Government.
UP in the upcoming economic forum to be organized by Russia in St. Petersburg. The delegation was invited. Accepting this invitation, Minister Anil Rajbhar assured that the state government will play an active role in taking this cooperation forward. During the meeting, the Russian Minister said that the misconceptions spread among the youth regarding employment in Russia will be removed.
Assured that the entire process will be legal, safe and transparent and there will be no compulsion of any kind. However, he stressed the need for knowledge of the Russian language for youth seeking employment. On this, the Uttar Pradesh government said that training in Japanese and German languages is already being given and soon Russian language will also be included in the training program.
On behalf of Uttar Pradesh, Principal Secretary Labor and Employment Dr. Shanmuga Sundaram, Director Employment Neha Prakash and other senior officers were present in the meeting. Daria Pustavalova and Dr. George Jarikat also participated on behalf of the Moscow government. The meeting was coordinated by Arun Zurel, CEO, BSL Consulting, Noida.
