The first step in the OpenAI initiative’s framework is quite different. In this, the user has to give ChatGPT information about his job, industry, most time-consuming daily tasks and time available for learning. Keeping this in mind, ChatGPT prepares a personalized AI Learning Plan of 30 days. In the first week, basic information about AI is given through ChatGPT’s Study Mode. The special thing in which is that more than a quarter of its requests are coming not for coding but for tasks like document preparation and spreadsheet automation.

In the third and fourth weeks, users can use ChatGPT’s image generation capabilities to create visual case studies of their work. This model supports many Indian languages ​​including Hindi, Bengali. Which makes it easy to share reports with the team and seniors. After this, the conversation with the manager is also practiced through ChatGPT’s Voice Conversations feature so that the user can explain the benefits of AI automation with confidence.
