- lemon
- sugar
- salt

- To make lemon pickle, first, wash the lemon with clean water. Then dry the lemon with a cotton cloth.
- After drying, cut the lemon into four pieces with the help of a knife. Don’t crush the lemon too finely.
- After cutting the lemon, gently remove the seeds from it. Steam the chopped lemon slices in a cooker.
- After the cooked lemon is completely cooled, put it in a mixer bowl and grind it finely. Then strain the juice.
- Combine lemon juice, sugar, salt, red chillies and Kashmiri red chillies in a bowl and keep aside.
- After that, pour the prepared mixture into a kadai and cook it till it thickens. Cool the cooked pickle and fill it in a glass jar.
- Lemon pickle made in a simple way is ready.
