Asian Games 2026 LIVE: India will look to build on another strong day at the 2026 Asian Games as the competition enters its crucial stages on Monday. After adding medals across athletics, squash and boxing on Sunday, India will have several major medal opportunities on September 28.
The biggest focus will be on India’s men’s cricket quarterfinal against Afghanistan at 10 AM, while the men’s hockey team takes on Bangladesh at 3:30 PM. Athletics will also take centre stage in the evening, with men’s long jump, men’s javelin throw, women’s discus throw and several track finals on the schedule.
Keep your eyes also peeled out for the women’s 25m pistol event, where the likes of Manu Bhaker, Esha Singh, and Rahi Sarnobat will look to climb through the rankings during the precision stage.
