Due to huge outstanding rent, maintenance charges and other non-payment, this outlet has been locked on the orders of the court. Why was the restaurant closed?

According to reports, the company running this restaurant was not able to pay the rent for the last several months. It is being told that the rent for the last 6 months was outstanding. Along with this, maintenance fee and revenue share money was also not deposited.

The total outstanding amount had reached more than Rs 2 crore. After this the building owner approached the court. After the hearing, the court ordered that the restaurant will remain closed until full payment is made.
