Daughter. The second Lok Adalat of this year is going to be organized in West Champaran on May 9, preparations for which are going on in full swing. In this important initiative, learned advocates, secretaries of the District Legal Services Authority and judicial officials have worked together commendably, so that the common people can get justice in an accessible and easy manner.

The main objective of Lok Adalat is to help people settle their disputes through a simple, cheap and easy means. While traditional courts involve long process of cases and continuation of cases on date after date, Lok Adalat provides a platform where disputes are resolved by mutual consent. In this neither anyone loses nor anyone wins, rather both parties are satisfied and reach a solution.

In this series, a publicity chariot was flagged off from the Bettiah Civil Court premises, which was flagged off by Principal District and Sessions Judge Anamika T. On this occasion, many judicial officers and advocates including District Legal Services Authority Secretary Dhirendra Kumar Pandey were present. This publicity chariot will make the general public aware about Lok Adalat and motivate more and more people to participate in it.

The organizers have appealed to the public to participate enthusiastically in this Lok Adalat organized on May 9 and get their cases resolved quickly and amicably. This is an opportunity where justice is not only delivered quickly but is also accessible to all without any additional burden.
