Redmi Smartphone Launched: Tech company Xiaomi has added another new smartphone to its Redmi M-series. The company has launched a new smartphone called Redmi M100 Pro. The company has currently launched this new mid-range smartphone in China only. This new smartphone has been listed on Xiaomi’s online store. Redmi M100 Pro Price
The new Redmi smartphone has been launched in China at a price of 2,499 Yuan or around Rs 36,000. This price is for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant of the smartphone. Customers can buy this smartphone in Black, White, Cyan and Purple color options. (Photo Courtesy: X)
No information has been shared yet about when the smartphone will be launched in other global markets including India. It is being said that currently this smartphone is going to be limited to China only. In terms of hardware, the Redmi M100 Pro specifications look very similar to the Redmi Note 14 Pro available in the global market. As a result, this phone is being seen as a ‘rebranded’ model from the Redmi Note series itself.

Talking about the features and specifications of the smartphone, the Redmi M100 Pro has a 6.67-inch curved OLED display. Along with this, this smartphone will also get refresh rate support up to 120Hz. The peak brightness of the display can go up to 3000 nits. For performance, this smartphone will get a MediaTek Dimension 7300-Ultra processor. Also, this smartphone will also get up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. This smartphone is based on HyperOS.

The smartphone has a triple camera setup, where you will get a 50MP primary camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera. On the front side of the smartphone, it will get a 20MP front camera for selfies and video calling.

The device will be powered by a 5500mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. Along with this, the phone will also get stereo speakers, X-axis linear motor, IR blaster with in-display fingerprint sensor and NFC support. The phone will also get an IP68 rating for protection against water and dust.
