The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power Season 3 is now connected to the upside down of Stranger Things. In a recent update, a prominent Stranger Things star has revealed his brand-new role in The Lord Of The Rings franchise.

Jamie Campbell Bower has officially entered the magical realm of The Lord of the Rings. According to an update from Empire MagazineBower has been confirmed to take on the role of Celeborn in the series’ third season. The character of Celeborn will be depicted as an Elven lord and formidable warrior who shares a central romantic storyline with Galadriel, played by Morfydd Clark.
Fans were immediately hyped up to see their favorite villain take on a completely contrasting role. A follower, @jungrebel37 commented, “Lord Celeborn eeeeeh, so excited for this one. Dear Jamie, So happy for you, and it’s amazing that you take part of this magical world.”

Speaking about his role, Bower pointed out that his iteration of Celeborn will be more of a lover boy. The Stranger Things actor further added, “I really feasted on that idea. Celeborn has had to find a way to survive whilst longing for something that he so dearly loved and so dearly missed as well.” Following the announcement, Clark praised Bower’s casting, noting that he looked like the perfect Elf straight out of her imagination.
