Angkrish Raghuvanshi out in a strange manner
Actually, Prince Yadav was bowling the 5th over during the Kolkata Knight Riders innings. On the last ball of this over, Angkrish Raghuvanshi tried to run for one run by playing towards mid-on. But Cameron Green standing at the other end sent him back midway. Raghuvanshi returned halfway and took a dive, when Mohammed Shami hit a throw to run him out, which went straight to his body. After this incident, Lucknow captain Rishabh Pant immediately appealed for obstructing the field, after which the matter reached the third umpire, where in the replay it was seen that Raghuvanshi had deliberately changed his direction and he was declared extra. Due to this decrease, he was out after scoring 9 runs.

What is ‘Obstructing the Field’?
‘Obstructing the field’ is a rule of cricket, in which if a batsman deliberately obstructs the play of the fielding team, then he is declared out. That is, if the batsman deliberately comes in the way of the ball or fielder while taking runs or to protect himself, then the umpire can dismiss him.
